Michael O’ Bernicia is a popular freedom-fighter, writer and mystic who I first heard about during the ‘freeman’ movement of just over a decade ago. He claims to have a solution to the tyranny being imposed on the people of the British Isles. He says that the answer to COVID-1984 is Magna Carta 2020. But what does that mean? What is his common-law solution?
Michael is a Geordie from the northeast of England who began his career as a stand-up comic. He went on to teach stand-up comedy, wrote two plays and made a couple of short films including “The Great Mortgage Swindle” which is linked to below.
In this week’s podcast, I asked him about his common-law solution. He explained the common-law and his strategy and I think you will find it very interesting. He is very confident that it will work. Have a listen and decide for yourself.

I do not consider Simon Dolan’s “Keep Britain Free” bandwagon a credible one. He repeatedly avoids being interviewed and exposing his strategy to the scrutiny of his peers and other thinking people. I do not recommend joining in on crowdfunding a mission that does not reveal its fundamental principles or philosophical direction.
Generally speaking, here in the UK there is remarkably little resistance to the encroaching tyranny. There is certainly nothing remotely as widespread, organised and well-coordinated as the mainstream false narrative.
Things you can do
- The most constructive thing you can do to resist the increasing loss of your freedom is to NOT comply. Refuse to wear a mask. You don’t have to say this verbally. It is ok to just tell people that you are “exempt” and leave it at that. or you can say that you suffer from severe asthma or anxiety. If I were to put on a mask I would suffer from severe anxiety, because by my actions I would have given in to tyranny!
- Protest. Get out there and join the marches. Soon you won’t be able to. Soon the time will come when it becomes a sensible matter of self-preservation to wear a mask and to make yourself anonymous, to hide and not get arrested, forcibly vaccinated and/or detained/quarantined. Soon the rational survival strategy will be to keep your head down, to hide away and cease to participate in mainstream society in any meaningful way. That time is not yet here, but it will be upon us soon. Maybe in months, or weeks or a few years?
- Avoid listening to the mainstream propaganda, or at the very least counterbalance it by listening to people like James Corbett of the Corbett Report. He is one of the best rational genuine news sources left on the web!
- Think for yourself and avoid just swallowing the nonsense you are told to by the government. You can check out my series on “Thinking skills to find truth” on Youtube. These will give you an ongoing method to follow and techniques to be aware of and to practice.
- Now is a great time to get interested in optimising your health! There are plenty of threats to your health, but none of them come from any virus. Check here for my complete strategy for optimal health.
- Ensure a reasonable degree of self-reliance in these uncertain economic times.
- Prepare yourself for more loss of freedom. It is inevitable in my view. Unfortunately, I don’t share Michael’s conviction that tyranny will be avoided. The philosophical foundations of complete state control are so firmly embedded in the minds of the majority that tyranny is inevitable. Prepare yourself accordingly.

In NZ’s case “the beginning of time” uniquely positions itself as a principle to use fro “magical satanism” purpose. EWhich in this case is “illegal law”. Illegal is of course just another name for death cult satanism.
This is what they believe and work with, except not for the public good, but for tyranny and control of the public, and eventually effectively “farm people” to produce children, because their religion as it grows will require many more children to be sacrificed every month. Just like a normal earth based reliogion has monthly festivals so does Rothschilds religion.
The closest we have come to figuring out “the original cause” of all of this, once again goes back to New Zealand, where the cannibal Maori reversed the direction of the legendary peace waka, from peace to war, from life to death (the death cult religion) using cannibal sadism ritual of the entire population who lived here.
When following these principles through New Zealand is the most evil country on this planet “hidden in plain sight”. Where currently the Labour party (CCP agenda) now has absolute power, by using the fake covid narrative to promote the elections.
New Zealand is the place, where around 0 AD the legendary Maui, sailed from Easter Island and bound the sacred fish (the Messiah) to the earth. To do this he got permission from the earth soul, at the sacred rock called “the beginning of time”.
New Zealand is the only country in the world (that I am aware of) that has only “outgoing electromagnetic energy”, meaning it is where stuff begins as electromagnetic energy. Then pervades reality coloured by that “beginning”. Which in this case is “illegal law” (Marxism), no constitution (Marxism requires no constitution worldwide), and “absolute illegal power”. (which also defines Marxism).
Thanks for these points, Lee. I wonder how much of this story is hearsay and how much is fact. It is so difficult to determine this balance accurately. There is indeed a high likelihood that some of the key pieces of this puzzle are true. But I think we have to be careful not to swallow the whole pudding before we have identified and removed the splinters of untruth. Duff steers and false assumptions have the power to cause much harm in terms of strict adherence to reality, even when consumed with wholesome nuggets of truth.

To this end the UK Parliamentarians had to be sexually compromised paedophiles, so as to make them sign this selling out of the UK and its people, and the Common Law.
To maintain these paedophiles in power in the UK, the New Zealand PM at the time, a John Key sent a corrupt judge to the UK to derail the elite paedophile ring investigation.
Thanks for your comment Lee. There is a lot to unpack here. But I have to say first up that while various pieces of this puzzle are probably true in some form. I can’t the words of Gregg Hallett as truth. To my mind, anyone claiming to be a king or a descendant of Jesus is immediately on the wrong ticket. There should be no kings and I reject mysticism in all its forms as the antithesis of reason – our means to knowledge. But this is not to say that the Brexit points and the paedophilia are not happening.
He is not using common law. His application is under Admirality Law.
He will fail because Admirality Law favours the Crown.
I agree that he will fail. For that and other reasons. They can just choose to ignore him, or the claim, or whatever you want to call it. You cannot expect to be able to reason with those who practice irrationality.
Interesting interview Nigel. I was impressed by Michael’s passion at the end. Yes there does need to be change. Common Law 2020 is an interesting phrase that he uses to suggest a new way of justice. A justice system set up by the people and administered by the people might be the only way forward. Yet to achieve that would require a form of revolution. That is perhaps the only thing I can sensibly say in favour of Michael’s solution sadly. I therefore tend to agree with your take in the main.
Michael is a passionate speaker. He does appear to have been getting out there to present a resistance to the social elite. I do worry about his claim that his remedies work and that he has 100% success rate? I would really like to be able to analyse that claim thoroughly however. It is one thing to encourage resistance but one has to be balanced and fair about it. Even the likes of Dean Clifford and Robert Menard, to name but tw0, early Freeman type educators who swore they had found the holy grail only to end up in prison (sorry for their plight I really am, but??).
Also our calling to earlier and better times appears to be based largely in myth. Was Common Law ever written and administered by commoners at any time in History? I think not. Since the dominator mentality entered the human consciousness our sense of justice in societies have seldom been anywhere close to balance. Look at our history? Hands cut off, prison and even death for trying to survive often, yes the perception of theft and so on was leveled at the people on the receiving end but often any reasonable analysis would reveal a troubled people in a dark society under dark leaders who had stolen the lions share of land, wealth and power!
Is not harping back to a fallacious and mythical vision of what never was a folly too far?
I hope for a change in our society I really do, I also hope we can drop the wishful thinking and dreaming for a real brass tacks approach. I would hate for the passions of those that care (Michael included of course) and desire a better, fairer world for all of us, for that passion to go to waste.
It is true that we must look forward to justice and a system of law that serves us all because such has never existed. Great point! And it must be remembered that you cant have justice without freedom, and there has never been complete freedom on this island. People fail to appreciate the enormous benefits we all still enjoy from the brief period of freedom in the USA (1800s) and don’t realise that now, none of us are freer than free range animals.
I think the whole common law approach is naive in that it expects to be able to reason with tyranny. I tried reasoning with the state 12 years ago and learned that it is futile. I also doubt the success rate. And even if there is some success it comes at the price of some considerable education that is even further beyond the reach of ordinary people than sussing out that coronavirus is a great big hoax..
However, my main objection to the whole strategy is that it simply fosters in action in those who can comfortably rest in the knowledge that someone else is on the case. Maybe Michael wants to be perceived as some kind of saviour? He is a mystic after all. And this brings me to my most important critique on the approach. It all rests on the concept of natural laws and a misunderstanding of the concept of rights and where they come from.. As soon as any strategy rests on a mystical foundation – i.e. one that cannot be proven – it is doomed to failure. Mankind’s need for freedom can be proved in reason and it needs to be proved. A battle of competing assertions cannot be won against an occupying government that has been hijacked by a rich and parasitic class.
It is not Magna Carta that provides a platform from which to fight tyranny, it is reason. Widespread thinking with logic and sound reasoning are a far better basis for human freedom and flourishment than any historic document. Men and women across the land reasoning and joining mental dots, grasping reality and gathering contextual knowledge is what will change humanity, not any kind of revolution that will be crushed by the technocratic state. Yet in spite of this potentially universal solution that is doable and achievable by all, we all know that it is the absence of this kind of self-education this is precisely the cause of where we are now, and therefore its likelihood to happen is zero in the near future. I remian optimistic for the medium to long term, but inevitably there are dark decades to come.
