Changes especially regarding animal agriculture/intensive farming where animals are forced to endure unnatural and cruel conditions, pumped with anti-biotics, growth hormones which are not eliminated through pasturisation ( these hormones are affecting human males and females in adverse ways) to increase meat and milk yield, blood and pus cells in milk from cows with mastitis because they are forced to produce milk. People are ingesting their pain and terror when they eat the flesh of these creatures. CJD/Mad Cow disease caused by farmers feeding ground up sheep to cows who are natural vegetarians ! The incidence in Alzheimers Disease is alarming HOW MANY VEGANS/VEGETARIANS are diagnosed with them ! Even people in their 30’s are being struck down with brain disorders WHO ARE NOT VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN. Watch the documentaries Eating Animals, Dominion, Earthlings Cowspiracy, Forks Over Knives, and The Game Changers by award winning director James Cameron who has become an advocate for a plant based diet., and make an informed choice..

There are factors that muddy the waters in this issue. There is meat and there is meat. The commercially produced meat available in supermarkets for mass consumption should not be eaten under any circumstances. However, meat can be raised in an acceptable manner and such meat must be sought out by anyone seeking optimal health. Unfortunately most vegetarians and vegans seem to miss this crucial point.
It is important to note that there is considerable evidence that there exists an agenda to convince people to avoid meat. When this is linked to saving the environment you just have to be suspicious, because the whole environment story with CO2 as the bogeyman is a fabrication and a duff steer. James Cameron is a darling of the establishment.
