Meet Dr Graeme Munro-Hall BDS, author of “Toxic Dentistry Exposed” – a must read for anyone seeking optimal all round health. Learn how your fillings could be scuppering your best efforts at detoxifying, and how hidden infections in the jawbone can easily tip a vulnerable immune system over the edge, allowing chronic disease to take hold.
Graeme has done ground breaking work uncovering the toxic nature of dental treatments and materials, and pioneered new safe methods to remove toxins and chronic hidden infections in the jaw. This is need to know information if we want all our other steps towards optimal health to count.
We know how fundamental maintaining a healthy gut is to all round well-being, and Mercury leaking from fillings has a serious negative impact on the flora of the gut. Vapours released when we chew or sip on hot drinks are breathed in and find their way into the brain in seconds where they accumulate. Mercury is a known neurotoxin.
Toxic dentistry must go Amalgam-free
In the interview Graeme disusses the many hazards of conventional modern dentistry and informs us of the impact of many popular dental treatements such as root canals and implants and even focal infections lingering after the extraction of wisdom teeth. We see holistic dentistry supporting whole body health and taking account of the diet, gut health, Ph and nutritional status of patients.
Often the dangers of Mercury amalgam removal are over looked. It can be very dangerous to patient and Dentist is certain precautions are not taken. Graeme has developed a safe protocol used around the world and pioneered the use of intravenous Vitamin C as a means of upregulating the patients detoxification capability during the process.
Graeme became Mercury Free in 1988, and opened the Munro-Hall Clinic in Bedfordshire with his wife Lilian in 1999, where he has worked until recent retirement.
Hounded by the Regulator
In spite of his massive contribution to the health of millions of people through developing toxic free dentistry, Dr Munro-Hall has suffered 5 cases of what can only be described as harrassment from the General Dental Council here in the UK. The regulator hides behind the facade of looking after the best interests of the public yet thwarts and works against genuine advances in Oral Medicinal knowledge. For years dental amalgam has been declared safe in the mouths of unsuspecting patients, yet considered a toxic waste to be disposed of in accordance with strict safety regulations as soon as it lands on the dentist’s bench!
For speaking out about the dangers of using mercury amalgam and its negative effects on the human body, Graeme has been subjected to 5 cases of enquiry into his professional conduct. He has simply pointed to the proof that has been available for years, and is one of the few courageous enough to remain steadfastly committed to truth.
Exactly why the UK regultory body (along with its American counter-part) continue to resist publically ackowledging the truth remains unknown, but the take away point here is that they are wrong. Just like so many other issues, a little dig beneath the surface reveals that mainstream advice can lead to disease and suffering.
Graeme’s well written book makes it is easy to understand what to do and what to avoid. Once armed with this knowledge we can all make appropriate arrangements as we choose. Some of the remedial therapy can be expensive but the preventative information is powerful and free!

Does Graeme practice cavitation treatment anywhere now? The Bedford clinic appears to be under new, rather cosmetic, management!
Thanks.

Hello Nigel – can you tell me what you did after getting your RC teeth removed and how you are doing now?
Thank you so much.
Nigel Howitt says
Thank you for your comment at Lawfulrebel.com
Hi Adrienne. Thank you for your comment.
I had my RC’s removed and a plate constructed. This is essentially a set of false teeth embedded in some inert plastic. I am down 5 teeth around the front in the upper jaw.
I didn’t like the idea of having teeth pulled out and looking like a monster when I smiled at my children, and I didn’t relish the idea of being a false teeth guy at 46. But I valued my health and longevity more than these concerns. These days my health is great and my teeth and gums are great. I am used to the practice of managing my ‘new’ teeth. taking them out at night and cleaning them in an overnight solution. I have great oral hygiene now and I am pleased with my choice. My mistake was lack of tooth care when younger and eating too much sugar!
I hope this answers your question. Nigel

Hi Nigel, my parents both had extensive dental work done with Graeme and opened my eyes to the problems associated with conventional dentistry. I’m now in a position where one of my teeth near the front “requires” a root canal after a big filling is not settling; I don’t want a root canal but I’m unsure what the healthy alternatives are nowadays, please could you advise?
Nigel Howitt says
Hi Anna. Thanks for your comment. Well, I would suggest asking the holistic dentist. I currently use Dr Elmar Jung in Portsmouth https://dr-elmar-jung.com/. I am not qualified to give advice. However, I can share my experience and let you know what I would do. I had my root canals removed and I had a plate fitted. It was a difficult choice. 5 teeth removed from my top row was a big hole in my smile. But I have got used to wearing a plate (denture) and I enjoy the health benefits of knowing that my immune system is under considerably less load and I can expect to live longer as a result.

Hello … very glad to have found you here .
I have to rush my question as I am about to go into my dentist ….
I wanted to ask what are your thoughts on acrylic dentures…. Re their biocompatibility.
I am also having some root canalled teeth pulled and that is what I shall be given.
I have been reassured but I like to have different opinions !
Nigel Howitt says
Hi Fiona. I also have acrylic dentures in place. Much safer than a root canal.
Brenda D. says
Hello, I had the worst 3 years of my life with metal braces. May 2017 to June 2019, I had metal braces to fix my bite at age 52 to 54. As a child, I got infected ears if I wore cheap earrings, so I knew to where gold or silver. My health started to decline and I kept asking him what my be the cause. He would say ….”in all my 30 years, I have not had this kind of result.” So, I believe it was nickel toxicity. It caused severe health issues. I also had mold in my home, which has been rectified. But the conventional doctors and dentists don’t seem to know or acknowledge that their procedures cause issues. Now I have bigger issues with neck, back, hip alignment. I would love to get my hands on a journal article that talks about this, as my GP and others believe I just had some sort of breakdown. I would love to sue, but that’s not an option, as I am still recovering from it all. But I would love to come with well-prepared documentation to explain all that happened and how this orth and my dentist can avoid this in the future. I am a bit of an outlier, sensitive to many things, but these people will be in their practice at some point. I also wonder if the invisalyn retainers (plastic/acrylic) is also releasing toxins. The less you do to your body, the better!
Nigel Howitt says
Thank you for sharing your experience Brenda, and commiserations. But maybe these words will help prevent someone else falling foul of the same procedure. Nigel
