The Great Reset is a proposal put forward by the World Economic Forum (WEF) to fundamentally re-structure the global economy in the light of the recent plandemic/scamdemic COVID nonsense. In reality, if you understand what it means to have a system imposed on you that insists you will have nothing, then you will be able to see that the truth is that the Great Reset is a great PUSH towards collectivism and the global state! It is indicative of the level of confidence enjoyed by the global cabal, that they are being so outrageously open about their plans.
On their website, they proudly inform us that we will be happy with nothing, and that Capitalism must be re-structured/reformed — which means freedom must be abolished. Tragically, few people still understand that Capitalism is the system of freedom. So well has the propaganda been spun, so relentlessly have we been told that capitalism is the problem, that most people believe this nonsense. And capitalism will be destroyed without people ever knowing it for what it was.
A large group of banksters, financiers and business people at the top of the heap of corruption, propose to know what is best for humanity, and presume to inflict their plans on us, regardless of our thoughts or interests. It is a plan of exploitation, to lock humanity into servitude, and it is being sold as being ‘for the greater good’.
Once again, the worn out ‘altruist card’ is played on the people. And because altruism is evil, and yet this is not recognised as such by sufficient numbers of people, this line still has credibility with the vast majority. The Great Reset is being brought about by 3 means:
1. Banking and Central Bank Digital Currencies.
2. Pandemics. We have seen COVID, but there will be more. They are not drawing up a pandemic treaty just in case. It will be used to tighten the grip of control during the next fabricated, bogus health threat. Most likely involving a ‘virus’ contracted through eating meat. Remember they don’t want us eating meat, and getting too healthy!
3. Climate lock downs. Yes this is the next excuse to keep you and I locked up. The climate scam will be employed since once again, it has been so widely swallowed by an uncritical public.

Having read your article, “Ep 171 – What is ‘The Great Reset’ and how can we oppose and defeat it?” (published 9 August 2023), together with a number of related essays on your website, I would like to offer a considered response.
While I share your concern for individual liberty and the importance of critical thinking, I believe the article conflates legitimate concerns about global trends with conclusions that are not fully supported by the available evidence.
The Great Reset was a genuine World Economic Forum initiative intended to stimulate discussion about rebuilding the global economy after COVID-19. Likewise, the broader shift from ownership to access is an observable trend, evident in streaming services, software subscriptions, cloud computing, vehicle leasing and the wider subscription economy. Concern about declining ownership and increasing dependence on services is therefore entirely legitimate.
Where the article missteps is in its interpretation.
It presents the phrase “you will own nothing and be happy” as evidence of a coordinated political programme to abolish private property and establish a global collectivist state. In reality, the phrase originates from Ida Auken’s article, Welcome to 2030. I own nothing, have no privacy, and life has never been better, published by the World Economic Forum on 11 November 2016. The article was a speculative future scenario exploring the implications of trends such as digitalisation, automation and the sharing economy. It was accompanied by a disclaimer stating that the views expressed were those of the author, not the World Economic Forum, and Auken later clarified that the essay was intended to provoke discussion rather than prescribe a political future.
Critiquing that vision is entirely legitimate. Many people have valid concerns about reduced ownership, subscription dependence, digital surveillance and the concentration of corporate power. However, those concerns should not be conflated with evidence of an official World Economic Forum programme to abolish private property. A speculative scenario is not a binding political agenda.
Nor does the growth of subscription models require a coordinated global conspiracy. Businesses favour recurring revenue because it provides predictable income and stronger customer retention. Consumers often choose subscription services because they reduce upfront costs and transfer maintenance responsibilities to the provider. These are familiar market incentives rather than evidence of centralised political control.
Indeed, this trend is compatible with free-market principles. In a competitive market, businesses are free to offer subscription models and consumers remain free to reject them in favour of ownership. The greater concern arises if competition diminishes to the point where meaningful consumer choice disappears. That is a question of market structure and economic concentration, not necessarily proof of an orchestrated collectivist project.
The article also presents pandemics, Central Bank Digital Currencies and climate policy as coordinated instruments through which freedom will be systematically removed. These issues unquestionably deserve careful scrutiny. However, possibility is not proof. Since COVID-19, emergency restrictions have largely ended, democratic elections have continued to change governments, and climate and CBDC policies vary substantially between countries—suggesting a far more fragmented and contested reality than a unified global plan.
I share the author’s commitment to freedom, private property, critical thinking and scepticism of concentrated power. Where we differ is in the standard of evidence. It is entirely reasonable to question institutions such as the WEF, the WHO and central banks. It is equally important to distinguish influence from control, observable economic trends from coordinated political intent, and speculation from demonstrated fact.
A genuine commitment to truth requires applying the same rigorous evidential standards to sceptical narratives as we rightly expect of official ones.
