Don’t miss this opportunity to learn about Bitcoin in the woods and educate yourself about the new technologies emerging around money. Bitcoin and the cryptocurrencies are here to stay and they are changing the world. Come along to this beautiful venue in Hertfordshire and learn how to position yourself in this technology.
Venue: near Knebworth, Hertfordshire, UK – August 4th 2018
Enjoy a gathering with like-minded people in a wonderful secret woodland setting, to discuss and learn about Bitcoin and the cryptocurrencies. Whether you are new to the subject or have crypto-trading experience this event will give you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the conversation and learn from shared problems and obstacles encountered as well as successes and solutions.
If you are new to the subject, learn why this subject is so important for you to know about, and how to get started. Experienced crypto-traders can meet others in the trenches and share tips, information and stories.
The main talks will take place in a marquee (see image above) but there will be many smaller conversations in other sub-groups and by the fireside. Camping is available in the orchard for those who wish to stay over and make a weekend of it. Alternatively, you can pitch up just for the day on Saturday 4th August.
You may arrive on Friday afternoon/evening from 6 pm onwards. Set up camp in our orchard and meet others for a fireside chat. You will need to bring your own food for the Friday evening or eat before you arrive.
Day Tickets for Saturday – £60
For those attending for the Saturday, only the ticket price is £60. This includes lunch and dinner, tea and coffee. Lunch will be served at 1 pm and dinner at 6 pm.
The event will run from 10 am until 1 pm – and then from 2 pm until approximately 5 pm.
If you choose to arrive Friday night an additional £10 is charged per night for camping. Similarly, you may camp over on Saturday night as well for an additional £10 and enjoy the campfire and the beautiful woodland setting. If you require a breakfast you can book this also for £5 per head (but you must let us know).
For more details and for booking and payment methods email nigelhowitt@hotmail.com or info@lawfulrebel.com
A limited number of tickets are available so book early.
wi-fi will be available and payments in BTC will, of course, be accepted 🙂

How would you compare bitcoins with limited quantity to those with unlimited quantity? some say that if a platform is scalable then the value of the currency would not be influenced by unlimited supply.
Nigel Howitt says
A Cryptocurrency that has a fixed limit of supply is inherently deflationary. Thus assuming demand rises due to value in the functional use case its value will increase. Scalability is a separate issue.
Nigel Howitt says
I am no expert on cryptocurrencies. However, I see greater potential value in a currency that is limited in supply versus one that is not. The former is deflationary and the latter is potentially inflationary. Many thanks for your comment. I will raise your points at our next cryptogathering on November 24th.
