One day Mercury Free dentistry will be the norm. But we are not quite there yet. Today, lies and propaganda still prevail in the dental health industry. The truth is, if you have Mercury amalgam fillings in your teeth they are poisoning you 24/7. Drip feeding your gut and digestive tract with toxic mercury that compromises your microbiome promotes leaky gut and finds it’s way into your brain and other vital organs.
Don’t let your conventional dentist tell you they are safe in your mouth. They are not! Get your Mercury Amalgam fillings removed
The number one Priority for anyone interested in supporting their overall health is to have Mercury amalgam fillings removed from your teeth as a priority. Mercury leeches out of filling every day. The amount of vapour given off increases every time you chew on that tooth or drink a hot cup of tea or coffee. The mercury bioaccumulates and is a neurotoxin. It has no legitimate place in your body. Every day that passes with Amalgam fillings you are loading up your immune system with additional unnecessary work. It is being undermined in its ability to keep you healthy due to the extra workload imposed on it. Make sure you go to a dentist who will follow a safe protocol
Have your root canals removed
Root canal treatments in your jaw must be removed for a similar reason. They are loading the immune system unnecessarily by making it deal with the toxins excreted by the colony of bacteria living in the dead tooth. These Bacterial infections render themselves invisible to the immune system by sealing themselves off in a slimy sack. But their toxins leach out into the body 24/7. There is no reason for a dead tooth to be kept in the jaw. Remove it and replace it with a plate or other such false tooth that does not act to undermine your well being. Again seek out a well-respected holistic dental practice to help you with this procedure.

Remove chronic cavity infections beneath wisdom teeth extractions
It is also worth checking to see if you have any lingering cavity (or focal) infections lurking in your jaw bone at the site of a previous wisdom tooth extraction. A good holistic dentist can do this for you and measure the excretion of any toxins from around the neck of particular teeth. Most wisdom tooth extractions are not properly cleaned out and so lingering bacteria take hold and set up home causing all sorts of problems for the future. The resulting chronic infections can last for years or decades! Conditions such as Trigeminal Neuralgia can be attributed to these kinds of infections that eat into the bone for decades.
Remove Mercury from your Body with V-tox
If you suspect you are high in mercury due to having a large number of fillings in for many years, you can take steps to remove it using the V-tox protocol. Using a Vitamin C infusion the mercury is flushed out of the body safely and effectively via the bowel and not through the kidneys which can cause problems. This protocol is recommended when you remove mercury amalgam fillings, in addition to a program of well thought out and comprehensive nutritional supplementation.
Other Things You Can Do
It is recommended to brush your teeth well at least once a day preferably in the evening rather than morning. Don’t leave food decaying overnight or sugar feeding harmful bacteria overnight if it can be cleaned away before you sleep. Don’t use a fluoride toothpaste. I use a mixture of raw virgin coconut oil and Bicarbonate of soda mixed about half and half. This makes a basic functional paste that may doesn’t taste that great, but it works.
‘Oil pulling’ with organic raw cold pressed virgin Coconut oil is also a good idea. It consists of slooshing coconut oil around your mouth and between your teeth for about 20 minutes. During this time microbes and debris are cleaned away from teeth and gums. the oil should be spat out afterwards. Avoid spitting it down the drain or the solidifying oils will block drains.
Lastly, eat a low sugar diet. In fact look into a cyclical ketogenic diet for best health results. Eating a high amount of healthy fats together with a low intake of processed carbs is a great way to get your body into fat burning mode for all sorts of health benefits.
Ultimately, don’t let your health be scuppered by chronic infections in your jaw or drip feed mercury poisoning. It is a great strategy to support your immune system where ever possible such as nurturing a healthy gut, and specifically do not undermine it with toxic exposure of any kind. To this end pay attention to your dental health and weave it into your whole health strategy.
