The concepts of health and disease are intimately related, and together they are of crucial importance to every one of us. But these concepts have been hijacked and are being misrepresented to bring about global governance and collectivist tyranny while doing nothing to support genuine health. If we look at the current model (or paradigm) of these concepts we can identify what is wrong with it. If we then compare it with the new emerging paradigm we can see that the solution lies in embracing the new paradigm.
The danger of clinging to the old model is that many will rush into the arms of the state and its so-called ‘health care’ system which does not help anyone to be healthy. As well as adding to dependency on the state, this will soon mean getting vaccinated to qualify for ‘care’, resulting in a fatal blow to health and to freedom.
The mainstream model of health and disease
The conventional mainstream way of regarding health and disease sets us at war with nature and the natural environment. It is a model that locks us into eternal combat with bacteria, fungi and other microbes based on an unproven assumption of germ theory.
Furthermore, it’s a model of helplessness for the individual. It ensures dependence on big pharmaceutical corporations and national “healthcare” systems. It supports disease management as opposed to prevention or cure. The solutions are alleged to be expensive drugs, expensive medical interventions, along with expensive vaccinations to “protect” from us from allegedly deadly infectious diseases. It destroys self-reliance and generates huge profits for its practitioners at your expense.
This whole approach neatly ties pharmaceutical corporations to their prime customers – national health care systems such as the NHS in the UK. Your government then takes your money in the form of taxation to buy all the expensive “treatments”. It must be noted that this tag team of big business with the state is the essence of fascism and is the perfect set up for corruption and control of populations. But maybe I am getting ahead of myself.
Reasons to reject the mainstream health care model
There are very specific and easy to grasp reasons that this conventional approach to health and disease must be rejected. And this means avoiding your conventional doctor apart from maybe getting a diagnosis.
It doesn’t work
For a start, it treats symptoms with drugs. This is simply wrong for three very important reasons. Firstly, it does not address the cause of the illness. Secondly, drugs have a wide range of effects on the body, most of which are detrimental. One is singled out and championed as the “cure” for that symptom, while the rest are put in small print and called side-effects. These side effects invariably cause harm. And thirdly, it supports a system of disease management rather prevention or cure.
The second fundamental problem with the mainstream paradigm is that it holds that disease is directly linked to (if not caused by) genetics. This approach disregards the role of the environmental toxicity as a cause and supports the position of ignoring the toxicity in food and agriculture, the water supply, sun cream, and as a result of EMF exposure, etc,. and carry on prescribing toxic drugs to alleviate only symptoms. Furthermore, this supports the idea of the ‘inevitability’ of disease. Its in your genes there is nothing you can do.
The mainstream conventional approach treats many common ailments with antibiotics [Greek meaning anti-life] killing off bacteria almost indiscriminately on the assumption that they are causing a problem. The result is a huge reduction in the number and diversity of gut microbes. This (anti-life) approach rests on the assumption of germ theory. This theory has never been proven and there is a mountain of evidence that contradicts it.
Loss of freedom
The second major reason to reject this mainstream medical paradigm is because it undermines your self-reliance and fosters helplessness and dependence on the interests that benefit from your illness. Worse still it leads to your enslavement.
This is the model that is being used to usher in tyranny in the form of a medical mafia that decides who is safe to walk free in society and who is not. This model has created vast wealth through the cozy relationship between big pharma and corrupt government. It removes your personal choice from the equation and substitutes government force (taxation) to pay for and implement its claimed “solutions”.
Now we see the bogus pandemic using the false premise of germ theory to bring about the final closure of the prison gates on our freedom. You will soon see quarantine substituted for detention without trial. You will soon see total control justified on this false premise with quarantine zones, travel restrictions and special “camps” being used to quarantine the “infected”.
What is the new model of health and disease prevention?
There is an alternative and it is beautiful. It supports self-empowerment, independence, genuine health and well-being and human freedom.
The new model asks what causes disease and what causes health? It sees health as a consequence of right living, or appropriate lifestyle choices, and illness a result of poor lifestyle choices. Health is viewed as a personal achievement resulting when all necessary considerations are made and appropriate action taken.
The environment is acknowledged as playing a key role. This means that not only the external environment must be free of toxicity, but also the internal environment – the blood – must also be suitable. The internal environment of the body is referred to as the ‘terrain’, and thus we hear the term “terrain theory” often mentioned in opposition to germ theory.
Terrain theory recognises that microbes are everywhere and unavoidable and implicitly regards the idea of fearing them as irrational. Our bodies are full of billions of bacteria, fungi and other types of micro-organisms. Some theorise that we evolved from them. Even if we didn’t we have been living with them all the time. They are art of the terrain and play many beneficial functions. We live in symbiosis with them and microbes such as bacteria have an indispensable role to play as nature recyclers eating up dead and decaying organic matter.
What causes disease?
The new health paradigm asks the question, “what causes disease?” and proceeds to look at all the evidence. When all the facts are considered including the crucial role of the gut and the microbiome, it concludes that toxicity, malnutrition and trauma are the three main categories of disease causation. It therefore rejects the contradiction that is germ theory, and everything downstream of that assumption. This includes the existence of viruses as agents of infectious disease and vaccinations as a means of “protecting” against them.
What causes health?
Conversely, by addressing nutrition and toxicity avoidance, it recognises the causes of health. Avoiding bodily injury (or trauma) is self evidently part of health and well being. Health is achieved by giving the body everything it needs (appropriate and adequate nutrition) and by avoiding all the things that poison it (toxicity). The toxicity avoidance must include extreme care with electromagnetic fields that cause toxins to be generated inside the body.
Embrace the new model
This new approach to health has many benefits.
It is empowering and puts the individual in the driving seat. there is no need to think that we are condemned by our genetic inheritance. We can take control of our health outcome to the extent that we can take control of our lifestyle choices and our environment.
But beyond this, it removes the power of the state, and its tag team partner in crime the pharmaceutical industry. It does this by rendering them irrelevant. No one needs a health care system under this new model. No one needs to be dependent and at the mercy of powers that are beyond their control. No one has to relay on a ‘service’ that binds them to the mercy of the state.
Don’t rely on the state wielding a healthcare system that will soon require you to be vaccinated and that will continue to treat your symptoms with drugs rather than address the root causes of your disease. The truth is that you don’t need your National Health Service, you need to take personal responsibility for all of your actions.
I don’t mean to imply that you reject the accident and emergency component of your national disease management service. Of course, you should take all reasonable care so as not to need it. The point is to build self-reliance and specifically avoid developing chronic diseases that will bind you to your government in old age. In effect most governments have got their citizens by their concern for health. This is an easily avoidable situation with simple strategies like eating a cyclical Ketogenic diet that can slash your risk for diabetes, dementia, heart disease and cancer.
Taking personal responsibility involves adopting a rational hierarchy of values that holds mental and physical health as the priority that it should be. Currently, most people prefer to eat exclusively for taste rather than consciously consider the impact of eating particular things. Even when presented with information that tasty things are toxic and harmful it appears that their value system is unwilling and unable to assimilate the knowledge and act appropriately. But this is the challenge of the new paradigm. We must take personal responsibility. This is the way forward for the human race.
What is required is bringing more conscious awareness to the concept of health and specifically the process of nourishment with a deliberate intention to consider implications of each dietary choice. This is the most powerful self-development goal you can pursue because it has such a massive impact on both your lifespan and your health span.
Not needing a government sponsored disease management system does not mean rejecting the accident and repair services should you need those. It means not developing disease over the long term and therefore not needing treatments for cancer, dementia, diabetes, heart disease, etc. These are the chronic conditions that are easily avoided by proper diet. Simply eating a cyclical ketogenic diet immediately takes you out of all these risk groups!
Right living means life-supporting lifestyle choices
Health is an achievement proceeding from the correct life supporting lifestyle choices. That means the choices you make every moment of every day. Things such as…
- What you chose to eat and the quality of that food.
- How much sleep you get and the quality of that sleep.
- How much you hydrate your body and the quality of that hydration.
- How much you allow your body to be exposed to toxicity and how much you deliberately detoxify.
- How much you expose yourself to electromagnetic fields or avoid them.
- How much you chose to move and exercise.
- How much stress you are under and whether or not you have a strategy to manage stress.
- Whether or not you get the appropriate sun exposure and connection to the earth that your body requires..
The effects of all of your choices in these key areas impacts on your body’s ability to continuously repair itself and effectively remove toxins. This process of cause and effect can take years or decades, and requires rational long term thinking and conscious awareness. This is the simple factor that blinds many people to the link between what they chose to do and the outcomes that result.
Health is just one of the major misrepresentations of our time. The whole paradigm of health and disease in the mainstream narrative is up-side-down and back-to-front. The dominant assumption is a pill for every ill that makes people think they can live however they like and not worry about the consequences. And this extends to a vaccination to help you with immunity from any disease.
The truth is that personal responsibility is required to chose the correct lifestyle choices that deliver the result of good health. One of the key fundamentals of the dominant false paradigm is germ theory. And the good news is that this false assumption is finally being dismantled by courageous people who are prepared to think outside the narrow tram lines of acceptability in the mainstream narrative.
